  <p><strong>Tabata Style:</strong><br>
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest</p><br><p><strong>Workout:</strong><br>
- SkiErg for max meters in 20 seconds<br>
- Gymnastics movement (e.g. pull-ups, handstand push-ups, toes-to-bar) for max reps in 20 seconds</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Alternate between SkiErg and Gymnastics movement for each Tabata round<br>
- Score is total meters on SkiErg and total reps on Gymnastics movement<br>
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata round</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
- Choose a challenging pace on the SkiErg and a challenging gymnastics movement to maximize intensity<br>
- Focus on maintaining consistent effort throughout each round<br>
- Scale the gymnastics movement as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.</p>
