Tabata Gymnastics SkiErgTabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
Workout:
- SkiErg for max meters in 20 seconds
- Gymnastics movement (e.g. pull-ups, handstand push-ups, toes-to-bar) for max reps in 20 seconds
Instructions:
- Alternate between SkiErg and Gymnastics movement for each Tabata round
- Score is total meters on SkiErg and total reps on Gymnastics movement
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata round
Notes:
- Choose a challenging pace on the SkiErg and a challenging gymnastics movement to maximize intensity
- Focus on maintaining consistent effort throughout each round
- Scale the gymnastics movement as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
