<li>Minute 2: 10 Burpees</li>
<li>Minute 3: 15 Air Squats</li>
<li>Minute 4: 200m Run</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Resistance Band</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the specified exercise at the top of each minute for the designated reps. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
