EMOM Cardio Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 15 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- Minute 2: 10 Burpees
- Minute 3: 15 Air Squats
- Minute 4: 200m Run
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform the specified exercise at the top of each minute for the designated reps. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
