EMOM Cardio Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 15 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Minute 2: 10 Burpees
  • Minute 3: 15 Air Squats
  • Minute 4: 200m Run

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform the specified exercise at the top of each minute for the designated reps. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
