Athletes will alternate between completing 3 peg board ascents on the odd minutes and 10 toes-to-bar on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on efficient movement patterns and controlled breathing to maintain consistency throughout the workout. Adjust the difficulty of the peg board ascents as needed to challenge athletes of all skill levels.</p>
