- Rest for the full 10 seconds before starting the next round.<br>
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each sprint to maximize power output.</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
- This workout is designed to build both strength and cardiovascular endurance.<br>
- Adjust the damper setting on the SkiErg to find the right resistance for your fitness level.<br>
- Have a timer set up to track your intervals accurately.</p>
