  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort SkiErg sprints, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Instructions:
- Push yourself to sprint as fast as you can on the SkiErg during the 20-second work intervals.
- Rest for the full 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each sprint to maximize power output.
