Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout each 20-second rowing interval.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Set the rower to a challenging resistance level and aim to row as many meters as possible in each 20-second interval. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.</p>
