    • 10 seconds of Rest

Strength Focus: This workout will challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and rowing strength. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout each 20-second rowing interval.


Instructions: Set the rower to a challenging resistance level and aim to row as many meters as possible in each 20-second interval. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
