- Stationary Bike</p><br><p><strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement. Push yourself on the bike in between sets to keep the heart rate elevated.</p>
