Chipper Gymnastics Stationary BikeFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Pistol Squats (10 per leg)
- 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and technique. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement. Push yourself on the bike in between sets to keep the heart rate elevated.
