<li>Odd Minutes: 10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar</li>

- Complete 10 wall balls at the start of each odd minute, then perform 5 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute.<br>
- The goal is to complete each set of reps within the minute to allow for rest before the next round.<br>
