EMOM Gymnastics Wall BallEMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar
Notes:
- Complete 10 wall balls at the start of each odd minute, then perform 5 toes-to-bar at the start of each even minute.
- The goal is to complete each set of reps within the minute to allow for rest before the next round.
- Scale the reps or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
