  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 Minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>10 Calorie Assault Bike</li>
<li>10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> <br>
- Perform 10 calories on the Assault Bike followed by 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes.<br>
- The goal is to complete the prescribed reps within each minute and use the remaining time to rest before starting the next round.<br>
- Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
