EMOM Cardio RigEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- 10 Calorie Assault Bike
- 10 Burpees
Instructions:
- Perform 10 calories on the Assault Bike followed by 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes.
- The goal is to complete the prescribed reps within each minute and use the remaining time to rest before starting the next round.
- Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
