- Slam Ball<br>
- Barbell</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Slam Balls, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.<br>
- Rest 1 minute.<br>
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Power Snatches, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.<br>
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.<br>
- Choose a challenging weight for the Power Snatches that allows for good technique throughout the Tabata.<br>
- Push yourself during the work intervals and focus on maintaining good form.</p>
