Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata Style (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds each):


  • Slam Balls
  • Power Snatches

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Slam Balls, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute.
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Power Snatches, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Power Snatches that allows for good technique throughout the Tabata.
- Push yourself during the work intervals and focus on maintaining good form.
