- Perform as many reps of Ring Dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.<br>
- Score is total number of Ring Dips completed across all 8 rounds.<br>

- Focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion throughout each round.</p>
