Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Dips
    • 10 seconds Rest

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps of Ring Dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Score is total number of Ring Dips completed across all 8 rounds.
- Scale Ring Dips to Ring Push-ups or Ring Rows as needed.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion throughout each round.
