  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong><br>
- Odd Minutes: 3 Peg Board Climbs<br>
- Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Perform 3 Peg Board Climbs at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 Deadlifts at the start of each even minute.<br>
- Choose a weight for the Deadlifts that is challenging but allows for good form throughout the workout.<br>
- Focus on maintaining good technique on both movements and push yourself to keep a consistent pace throughout the EMOM.</p>
