EMOM Strength Peg BoardEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 3 Peg Board Climbs
- Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
Instructions:
- Perform 3 Peg Board Climbs at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 Deadlifts at the start of each even minute.
- Choose a weight for the Deadlifts that is challenging but allows for good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining good technique on both movements and push yourself to keep a consistent pace throughout the EMOM.
