<li>Box Jumps</li>
<li>Burpees</li>
<li>Mountain Climbers</li>
<li>Double Unders</li>
</ul></li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform each movement for 20 seconds at max effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. The workout will last a total of 16 minutes. Score is the total number of repetitions completed across all movements. Adjust box height and modify movements as needed for individual skill levels.</p>
