  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following movements:
    • Box Jumps
    • Burpees
    • Mountain Climbers
    • Double Unders

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds at max effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. The workout will last a total of 16 minutes. Score is the total number of repetitions completed across all movements. Adjust box height and modify movements as needed for individual skill levels.
