- Even Minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> <br>
- Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and then immediately transition to the Assault Bike for 15/12 calories on the even minutes.<br>
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.<br>
- Continue this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.</p>
