EMOM Gymnastics Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
Instructions:
- Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and then immediately transition to the Assault Bike for 15/12 calories on the even minutes.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.
