- Even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters</p><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> 50/35 lbs</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Start each minute with the specified movement and aim to complete the reps within that minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
