- Stationary Bike for a 1-mile ride</p><br><p><strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the gymnastics movements in order, breaking up the reps as needed. Once completed, hop on the stationary bike and complete a 1-mile ride as fast as possible. The workout is complete when the bike ride is finished. Adjust the reps and movements as needed to ensure proper scaling for individual abilities.</p>
