For Time Gymnastics Stationary BikeFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Strict Pull-ups
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20")
- 10 Muscle-ups
Equipment:
- Stationary Bike for a 1-mile ride
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the gymnastics movements in order, breaking up the reps as needed. Once completed, hop on the stationary bike and complete a 1-mile ride as fast as possible. The workout is complete when the bike ride is finished. Adjust the reps and movements as needed to ensure proper scaling for individual abilities.
