Complete as many rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and technique throughout each round. </p><br><p><strong>Scaling option:</strong><br>
If you're unable to do rope climbs, substitute with rope pulls or rope pulls from a seated position.</p>
