Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Rope Climbs
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Rope


Instructions:
Complete as many rope climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and technique throughout each round.


Scaling option:
If you're unable to do rope climbs, substitute with rope pulls or rope pulls from a seated position.
