AMRAP Weightlifting Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 inches)
  • 6 Pegboard Ascents

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 8 burpee box jump overs, and 6 pegboard ascents. Scale the weight and height of the box and choose a modification for the pegboard ascent if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving for the full 15 minutes.
