  <p><strong>AMRAP in 15 minutes:</strong><br>
- 10 Box Jumps<br>
- 5 Hang Power Cleans<br>
- 10 Box Jumps<br>
- 5 Front Squats</p><br><p><strong>Barbell:</strong> #135 / #95</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Box Jumps followed by 5 Hang Power Cleans and 10 Box Jumps followed by 5 Front Squats. Use a challenging weight for the barbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Jump onto the box with both feet landing at the same time and stand up fully at the top before stepping or jumping down. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire AMRAP.</p>
