Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Pegboard Climbs
    • Barbell Thrusters (#135 / #95)

Instructions:
- Perform as many pegboard climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Immediately transition to barbell thrusters and perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Notes:
- Adjust the weight on the barbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on efficient movement patterns to maximize reps in each 20-second interval.
