AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Peg Board Ascents
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 400m Run

Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 peg board ascents, 20 box jumps, 30 double unders, and a 400m run. Scale the peg board ascents to strict pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the workout.
