AMRAP Cardio Peg BoardAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200m Run
- 5 Peg Board Ascents
- 15 Box Jumps
- 10 Burpees
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the cardio element (200m run) and the three movements. Scale the height of the box jumps and the number of peg board ascents as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
