  • 50/40 Calorie Assault Bike
  • 30 Burpees over the Assault Bike
  • 40/30 Calorie Assault Bike
  • 20 Burpees over the Assault Bike
  • 30/20 Calorie Assault Bike
  • 10 Burpees over the Assault Bike

Instructions:
- Start on the Assault Bike and complete the calorie requirement before moving on to the burpees.
- Perform the burpees by jumping over the Assault Bike for each rep.
- Push yourself to go all out on the Assault Bike and maintain a steady pace on the burpees.
- Time cap: 15 minutes.
