AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 peg board climbs, 10 handstand push-ups, and 15 toes-to-bar. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Take short breaks as needed to keep moving efficiently.
