- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 15 Russian Twists with Resistance Band
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining good form, especially with the gymnastics movements.
