  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: This workout will test your coordination, strength, and gymnastics skills. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the chipper.
