  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press
  • Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete the 5 reps unbroken for the duration of the workout.
- Scale the Toes-to-Bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout the workout.
