EMOM Weightlifting Medicine Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 8 Medicine Ball Squat Jumps

Instructions:
Complete 10 Medicine Ball Cleans at the start of each minute, then immediately move into 8 Medicine Ball Squat Jumps. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Scaling options: Reduce the reps if needed to maintain intensity.
