Perform as many Box Jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to jump onto the box with both feet, fully extending your hips at the top of the jump. Adjust the height of the box as needed to challenge yourself.</p>
