  • 40 Russian Twists
  • 30 Medball Cleans
  • 20 Medball Squat Cleans
  • 10 Overhead Medball Lunges

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Keep a steady pace and try to push through the workout without resting too long between movements.
