- 30 Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Russian Twists (each side)
- 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Break up reps as needed to keep intensity high.
