EMOM Weightlifting Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 8 Kettlebell Swings + 6 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Even minutes: 5 Kettlebell Snatches (per arm) + 4 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (2 per arm)


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Notes: This EMOM workout will test your endurance and strength with a variety of kettlebell movements. Focus on maintaining proper form and pace throughout each minute.
