Tabata Weightlifting Barbell

Tabata Weightlifting:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1. Barbell Deadlifts
  • 2. Barbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 3. Barbell Push Press
  • 4. Barbell Back Squats

Barbell Weight: Use a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the entire Tabata workout.


Notes: This workout will test your strength and endurance with a focus on weightlifting movements. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round and push yourself during the work intervals.
