  • 10 Turkish Get-ups (each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Goblet Squats
  • 40 Russian Twists
  • 50 Kettlebell Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
