  • 15 Assault Bike Calories
  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Push the pace on the Assault Bike to maximize rounds completed.
- Aim to go unbroken on the Wall Balls to keep the intensity high.
