  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 bench press, 15 box jumps, and 20 toes-to-bar. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Have fun and push yourself to see how many rounds you can complete!
