    • 20 seconds of Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Dumbbell


Instructions:
Perform as many push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total number of push-ups completed.
